Refund/Return Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 days (including weekends) of the receipt of your purchase (receipt date based on delivery date from the tracking number supplied at the time of dispatch). The return must be communicated in writing via email (craftedsurprise@gmail.com) Item must be returned promptly, and a tracking number supplied. On receipt of returned item, the refund will be processed.

 

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Refund/Return Policy – Custom Stamps (Local/International)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for Custom Stamps, as the process is micromanaged between the Customer, our Graphic Designer and Customer Service, by obtaining approvals throughout the entire process from start to finish. Product sent to final completion on confirmation from the Customer.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items in our Consumables range (such as soaps, lip balm, shampoo/conditioner bars, wax melts, or wax products etc.) It is recommended for all customer to make themselves aware of the ingredients on all our consumable products, especially with body/personal products, before the purchase is made.

 

Damaged/Defective Products

Written notification via email (craftedsurprise@gmail.com) must be supplied promptly (supported by images) on receipt. The Item/s must be returned promptly, and a tracking number supplied. The replacement will be dispatched on receipt of returned item and the postage cost refunded.

*This applies to the tool range, wax warmers, and sundry glassware.

All purchases will be accepted via PayPal. PayPal offers a Pay Later Option if required.

Australia Post Standard Delivery is the normal method of dispatch at the costs calculated on our website.

Express Post (on request) will be an extra cost, quoted at the time of dispatch.

While we try to keep pricing set/stable, there are many factors in the current marketplace where raw materials, components and shipping costs are volatile, due to this the pricing may be updated accordingly without notification. There may be times during the year where promotions will be offered, we ask our customer to take up the opportunity on offer at the time should there be budget constrains sensitive to price increases.

Personal details provided at the time of order placement will only be used for Invoicing and Postal purposes. Details will not be disclosed to any other business body/group. Email addresses will be used for order status communication where required and future promotional information.
