Divider Kits made to fit our ranged Slab Moulds, kits as follows:
1st kit – consists of 2 wooden dividers and 4 “T’s”. This will enable the mould to be divided into 3 smaller moulds. These dividers must be part of your normal paper lining process.
2nd kit – consists of 1 wooden divider, 2 acrylic dividers, 2 “T” and a set of separators. This will enable you to make one smaller mould with three equally divided sections – an example of usage of this kit is the Taiwan Swirl. The acrylic dividers will need to be held down with one hand at the start of the pour to ensure they do not move, also depending on the thickness of batter. The acrylic dividers are not designed to remain in the soap mix through the Saponification process and must be removed once the soap designing has been completed. Acrylic and 3D printed separators must be washed with warm water as boiling water will distort their shape.
3rd kit – 8 Liner Holders. This will enable the liner paper held along the top edge of the mould, to assist just in case the “sticky tape” does not stay in place.
