This product has been designed for Hot / Cold Process Soap and can produce 12 Bars per cut. Each bar at 2.5cm (1 inch). If two loafs are loaded it will be 24 bars per cut.
 
Specification:
Base - Made of Wood and HDPE Food-grade Plastic measures L44cm x W40cm. Placed onto Gliding Brackets.
Cutting Wires – 11 wires, separated for 2.5cm cuts.
Cutting Clearance - Base to wire cutting frame spacing 13cm.
Wood - In the process, we use recycled wood where possible. The type of wood is determined at the time of compiling the materials and availability, hence, all tools will look different, however they will function the in the same manner.
All joints have been glued & screwed.Replacement wire supplied.

Note:
(1) The soap must be freshly unmoulded for this tool to work successfully, if the soap is hard, you will experience difficulty in getting the wire through and may break.
 
(2) As guitar keys are used to hold the wire in place, these are not a permanent hold. The wire will lose tension each time the tool is used, therefore, please check the tension before each use. Special care must be taken, as this tool is for the cutting of soft soap, not firm/cured soap, as firm or tool hard may cause damage of the tool and the loss of wires.
 
(3) Before proceeding to purchase Special Make cutter, please be aware that no returns will be accepted, hence, no credits.
 
Cleaning:
Clean promptly after use.
Only use Rubbing Alcohol and a cloth/microfiber.
Do Not Use Water.
Keep Dry
